These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the application Amer Kasideh Automation (“the Application”), operated by MastersChem Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 15280416, with its administration office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Purpose of the Application

The Application is an internal business automation tool. Its sole function is to respond automatically to public comments left by visitors on Facebook Pages that we own and administer, including our official Page “الكيميائي عامر قصيدة – صناعات كيميائية منوعة”. For each qualifying comment, the Application publishes a short public acknowledgement reply and sends one automated private reply message via Messenger to the person who left the comment.

2. No Third-Party Access

The Application is not a public product. It is not offered, sold, licensed, or made available to any third party. It does not provide user registration, user accounts, or any interface through which members of the public can operate it. It operates only on Facebook Pages owned and administered by us.

3. Nature of Automated Replies

Replies generated by the Application are automated courtesy acknowledgements. They are drawn from a fixed set of message templates that we define in advance. Automated replies:

• do not constitute a binding offer, quotation, contract, or professional advice;
• do not represent technical, chemical, regulatory, safety, or commercial guidance;
• are not a substitute for direct communication with our team.

4. Frequency and Limits of Messaging

The Application sends at most one automated private message per person per post, in direct response to a comment left by that person. It does not send unsolicited marketing messages, bulk messages, or repeated messages to the same person for the same post.

5. Opting Out

Any person may stop receiving automated replies at any time by deleting their comment from our Page, or by blocking or muting messages from our Page through their own Facebook or Messenger settings. No further action or request to us is required.

6. Data Protection

Our handling of information is described in full in our Privacy Policy, available at https://masterschem.com/privacy-policy-2/. By interacting with our Facebook Pages, you acknowledge the processing described in that policy.

7. Compliance with Meta Platform Policies

The Application is operated in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, and the Facebook Community Standards. We do not use the Application to collect data beyond what is necessary for the purpose described in Section 1, and we do not transfer data obtained through the Meta Graph API to any third party.

8. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an “as is” basis for our own operational use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of any particular reply, or response within any particular time. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MastersChem Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the operation, failure, delay, or unavailability of the Application.
