The Application is operated by MastersChem — Amer Kasideh (masterschem.com).

1. Scope of the Application

The Application is an internal business automation tool. It is used exclusively to respond to public comments left on our official Facebook Page “الكيميائي عامر قصيدة – صناعات كيميائية منوعة” and other Facebook Pages that we own and administer, and to send a single automated reply message to the person who left that comment. The Application is not offered to third parties and does not create user accounts.

2. Information We Access

When a person leaves a public comment on one of our Facebook Pages, the Application receives the following information from Meta’s Graph API:

The public comment identifier and the identifier of the post it belongs to

The public content (text) of the comment

The public name and page-scoped identifier of the person who left the comment

The identifier of the Facebook Page on which the comment was left

We do not access private messages, friend lists, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, photographs, or any content outside the public comments left on our own Pages.

3. How We Use This Information

Information is used solely for the following purposes:

To publish an automated public reply thanking the person for their comment

To send one automated private reply message to that person via Messenger, in direct response to their comment

To prevent duplicate replies, so that the same person does not receive repeated automated messages for the same post

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, scoring, or automated decision-making about individuals. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party.

4. Data Storage and Retention

A minimal operational record (comment identifier, post identifier, page-scoped user identifier, the reply text sent, and a timestamp) is stored in a private, access-controlled workflow database hosted on n8n Cloud. This record exists only to prevent duplicate automated replies and to provide an internal audit trail. Records are retained for no longer than 90 days and are then deleted.

5. Data Security

Access credentials and access tokens are stored in encrypted credential storage and are never exposed publicly. Access to the workflow environment is restricted to the account owner and protected by authentication. All communication with Meta’s Graph API takes place over encrypted HTTPS connections.

6. Data Deletion and User Rights

Any person may request that we delete data relating to them. To do so, send a request to the contact address below including the Facebook Page and the approximate date of the comment. We will delete the associated record within 30 days of receiving the request and confirm the deletion.

You may also remove your comment from our Page at any time, or block messages from our Page through your Facebook settings, which will stop any further automated replies.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on Meta Platforms (Facebook Graph API) for access to comment data and message delivery, and on n8n Cloud for workflow execution and storage. Use of these platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed at children and does not knowingly process data relating to children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published at this address with an updated revision date.

10.
